How do I change address and other contact information?

We offer three ways to submit the desired changes:

1. Change contact information via Mijn Hostnet: 

- Enter your login details on https://mijn.hostnet.nl.
- Go to 'Account'.
- Enter the desired changes. 

2. Contact us by phone, from the phone number that is recorded in our administration. 

3. If your account is registered on your private name, please send us a copy of your ID (Social Security Number and picture not mandatory).

If your account is registered on a company name, please send us an extract of the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of the ID (Social Security Number and picture not mandatory) of the contact person as recorded in our administration.

The documents can be send to admin@hostnet.nl. Please specify the relevant account numbers.

After successful verification, we will be able to change your contact information.
