How do I retrieve (new) login details for Mijn Hostnet?

For a new password:

  • Go to https://mijn.hostnet.nl/login/wachtwoord-vergeten.
  • Enter your user name or e-mail address. You can always enter your account number as user name ('Klantnummer' on your invoice).
  • Enter the code and click 'Verder'. Specify if you would like to receive a link and further instructions to reset your password by e-mail or phone (text message).

If you do not remember any of the details needed for the instructions above, please use one of the following methods to contact us:

  • By phone

Please call us from the phone number that is recorded in our administration. 

  • By e-mail

If your account is registered on your private name, please send us a copy of your ID (Social Security Number and picture not mandatory). 

If your account is registered on a company name, please send us a copy of the ID (Social Security Number and picture not mandatory) of the contact person as recorded in our administration and an extract of the Chamber of Commerce (maximum of 3 months old).

The documents can be send to admin@hostnet.nl. Please specify the relevant account numbers or domain names. After successful verification, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to reset your password.
