About the position

You will report to the Director of People & Culture Global SaaS. Your tasks will revolve around bridging the gap between the People & Culture function and the business objectives of the organization. You're essentially a partner to both management and employees, supporting to align policies, practices, and initiatives with the overall goals of the company. Main Topics you are dealing with are: tasks relating to administration and execution of employee related compensation and benefits processes. You will also be responsible for the execution of employee payroll, benefit programs, analyse financial data and prepare financial reports.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Onboarding: signing employees up to local benefits and making sure they have everything they need on day one;
  • Employee administration;
  • Payroll: Working together with local Finance to ensure accurate payroll data. Answer employee questions in terms of salary;
  • Monitoring budget and expenses;
  • Ordering, tracking and shipping equipment;
  • Admin support, organizing events, give-aways & swag;
  • Follow up on resellers, issue tax certificates for customers and keep relations with the bank;
  • Collaborate internally with People & Culture, Finance and Operations.  


We’re looking for someone who is an all-round administrative professional within HR and/or Finance. You need to be comfortable working with numbers and be detailed oriented. 

  • You are fluent in both English and French;
  • You have experience in French labor law / payroll / benefits;
  • You have a hands-on approach;
  • Experience with US benefits is a plus. 

The position can be based in France or in Amsterdam where the People & Culture Director is based. Work hours range from 32 to 40 hours a week.
