About the position

In People & Culture we have now organized our work in four main regions. On one hand we are building excellence in our regional operations, on the other we are aligning through global group functions where we are investing in diverse areas like new digital landscape and aligned people processes to strengthen our people agenda. The new People & Culture Director for Benelux and our Global SaaS business is a key role to drive our people agenda to the next level. You will be part of the global People & Culture Leadership Team where we together build for the future. You will also collaborate closely with our leaders in Benelux offices as well as Global SaaS leaders who are currently represented in 17 locations globally. This is an exciting, new, position in an international, global context.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Leadership of the People & Culture team to support both our Benelux location as well as our Global SaaS business
  • Ensure buildup of the newly created team to support the total business needs. There are some great resources there today but your job is to lift this to the next level and cover all locations
  • Be a strategic advisor to the business, understanding the business and how to connect it to  people and organizational agenda
  • Enhance business results through identification and development of targeted People &  Culture initiatives together with our leaders in Benelux and Global SaaS
  • Drive implementation and delivery of the total people cycle as processes of understanding key people, critical competences, succession, competence and organizational gaps, talent
  • Coach, challenge, and support leaders in their role on people-related processes
  • Work with optimization of organizational infrastructure to ensure the best org structure in the business as well as people data infrastructure, system support, data quality and build up reward structures
  • Drive total talent acquisition process for key positions
  • Work globally following our talent in the 17 locations, breaking down the silos and creating one team as well as meeting the challenges in a remote setup
  • Act as a mediator in difficult individual personnel cases
  • Drive a ‘One P&C’ culture across all our teams to contribute to a climate of continuous improvement, together
  • Represent the regional People & Culture team in the People & Culture Leadership forum. 

Location

We would like you to work from our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are a hybrid workplace. Some travel will be required even if we have a strong remote culture. You will report to the Chief People Officer located in Malmö, Sweden. 

Profile

We believe you bring a solid experience from core people & culture practice (8 years+). Experience from high technology business where you have been operating in global, remote, tech set ups we see as a big advantage. Further we see that you bring a depth of experience leading multicultural teams and a wide experience from processes within talent acquisition, assessment, leadership and culture development as well as learning. If you have been working particularly with data management, people infrastructure and reward, it is a big advantage.

You are a strong relationship builder and people leader. You are very good with analytics, data and have high sense for quality. You like a fast paced, high energy, environment.
